Plot Punch Club begins with the main character losing his father, who is killed by gunfire in a dark alley. Being an orphan, he is adopted by Frank, an employee of the city police station. After reaching adulthood, the central character is attacked and loses the fight. A trainer at the gym named Mick sees the guy's potential and advises him to go to a local gym to train.

The central character begins to train, and then participates in a league for beginners. At the same time, he is trying to earn money by becoming a participant in the fights of an underground fight club. The gameplay is presented in the form of a sports simulator. Before passing, the user customizes the appearance of the ward and comes up with a name for him. The protagonist is trying to become a better person and avenge the death of his father, as well as achieve something in his career as an athlete.

The player can freely move around the map, visiting work places, gyms, grocery stores and other active areas. Money is earned through regular work or after participating in battles. The character has three skills that affect stamina, strength and agility. Each stat improves additional stats and unlocks new abilities. There are other indicators such as energy, happiness, hunger and health points. They are replenished by resting, eating food, or winning battles.
