Puzzle Hero crosses two genres – match three and role-playing game. In this project the user controls a girl. The character editor allows you to choose her skin color and hairstyle, choose clothes and come up with a name. Events take place in a medieval fantasy world. In the story, a young woman tries to save her brother Tristan. To do this, she will have to defeat the antagonist Zalok. The young lady set off on a journey to the Kingdom of the Mist, fighting along the way with the Army of Darkness. The narrative is presented through screensavers with pictures and scenes with dialogues. The story is divided into 8 chapters. In addition to the story campaign, there is an arena mode. During her adventures, the lady gradually upgrades. Its parameters automatically increase with each level gained.

Battles with monsters take place in a puzzle format. The player moves the pieces on a square field, forming lines horizontally or vertically from identical pieces. Some icons allow you to carry out an attack, others – replenish health or mana, and others – double damage. The user and the computer opponent take turns walking. There are 50 types of enemies in this project. In Puzzle Hero, the heroine can wear a headdress, boots, armor, one ring and an amulet. You can also give her a melee weapon in one hand and a shield in the other. In addition, the protagonist can use magic. There is a large amount of different loot in this casual game. Equipment must be purchased from a local store. Equipment increases characteristics and gives special skills.
