Shooter Quarantine 2: Road Warrior continues the story of the first part about the main character who manages to escape from the prison city of Kemo. To do this, he has to interrupt all plans of the huge corporation OmniCorp. Having got out, he sees that everything around him is not much different and looks like the same hell happening inside the city. He understands that the one who survives is the one who adapts better to events and is more serious than others.

As in its predecessor, the player takes control of taxi driver Drake Edgewater, who uses his car as his only means of survival. He has to get out of the big city that has kept him captive for a long time. Along the way, he encounters armed guards and environmental obstacles. The vehicle is equipped with firearms and explosive weapons that destroy opponents and some obstacles.

As you complete levels and kill enemies, the character earns money. The money is used to repair the vehicle and buy missing ammunition. In a dangerous business, you constantly need to upgrade your car and acquire new weapons. In the store, gamers can buy new guns and install them on the car. Missions take place in several areas of the city and lead the hero to the exit. Objectives are aimed at weakening the enemy corporation.
