RATUZ begins with a biological experiment created in a prison laboratory. As soon as the scientific research is completed, the main character will go beyond his own control and begin to destroy everything around him, trying to escape from captivity. The gameplay combines elements of adventure, action and 2D side-scrolling graphics. The stealth system will allow you to move around the area unnoticed and quickly kill your opponents.

The sci-fi setting is combined with cinematic horror scenes. The user controls a certain creature that has physical superiority over other cellmates and opponents. You have to escape from prison and stay alive, facing numerous obstacles. Along the way you will meet other disgusting creatures created during scientific experiments carried out on people and criminals.

The passage contains moments of pursuit and secrecy. In each episode you will use different mechanics and abilities of the central character. Several radically different endings are presented, based on the gamer's previous choices. The story is filled with cut scenes, short videos and brutal moments with murder and dismemberment. The passage is dominated by a gloomy and tense atmosphere.
