Rayman Legends offers 6 worlds for exploration: 5 main ones associated with legends, and a sixth bonus one, which contains episodes from the first game. Another difference between this part and the previous ones is that superpowers will no longer have to be unlocked, since they are open initially. The gameplay consists of 20 rounds. Users have access to a single mode and several types of multiplayer: co-op on one device, online mode and local network play.

From time to time, bosses appear in locations, and music competitions open at the final levels. Some episodes look like mazes. The gamer will also have to look for objects hidden in the area: doors, men and lums. Rayman Legend also has a Kung Foot mode – football with kung fu elements, where characters must move the ball using fighting techniques. In the process, you will be able to knock down your opponents or beat them. At the end of the game, the ball may even catch fire.

In some rounds the protagonist will have to solve puzzles. Fairy Murphy will help him with this. The gamer will also be able to give commands to the companion and change the appearance of the location, for example, pave the way in the world of cakes and cream. In addition, the creature can move platforms, cut interfering ropes and block the viewing angle of surveillance cameras. During multiplayer playthroughs, avatars do not die, but are inflated and remain hanging on the level while living comrades advance to the next stage.
