Refactor – a roguelike strategy video game with tower defense mechanics, the events of which unfold in a science fiction setting of the distant future. In this virtual universe, people become victims of an attack by some aggressive alien civilization called Bernard. The protagonist, who is famous for his ability to organize high-quality defense with the help of various towers, has to confront such a serious opponent.

Refactor has beautiful old-school graphics that remind us of the cult RPGs of the last century. Visually, it is similar to projects for 8-bit consoles. Since it is a roguelike, it has a fairly high level of complexity and is not suitable for beginner gamers, who most often strive for color, rather than solving complex gameplay moments. The narrative consists of many levels, the number of which exceeds 100.

With each new map, the difficulty only increases. The main mechanics of the gameplay is the combination of several towers, which allows you to create a unique defensive structure with special properties. Locations consist of blocks that can be moved to set the course for the invasion of enemy soldiers. The user can also set various traps that can temporarily delay the advance of the antagonists.
