Resident Evil: Classic REbirth – a reworked original first part of the game, allowing you to run it on later versions of Windows (7.8 10 and others). Support for software rendering was removed because it caused crashes. The project also allows you to enjoy the picture at 60 frames per second in all moments and three-dimensional cut scenes. It is possible to run in high resolution and without a physical drive.

In the first part of Resident Evil, the player will take control of a police character: Gill or Chris. Their passage is somewhat different from each other, and as the gameplay progresses they meet and diverge, depending on the tasks. The peculiarity of the gameplay is a high level of difficulty and the need to limit the consumption of resources. The opponents are zombies, former people infected with a new virus created by the Umbrella organization. Most of the action takes place in a large mansion, where the user will need to kill enemies and try to uncover the secrets of what is happening.

There are special chests on the playing area where you can put collected items. They are transferred from one level to another. The gamer can find ammunition, medicine, weapons or additional things that open passages or are necessary for improvement. Heroes have a limited inventory and cannot carry a large number of weapons. Hitting monsters in the head with a firearm will deal more damage, which will help save ammo.
