By pressing the spacebar at the right time, the player-controlled trainee will send electrical impulses through the hearts. And they will heal the sick. Each patient has his own mental and physical wounds that arose for a variety of reasons. Their stories unfold as the songs complete. Clients' heart rates are unstable and can change during the game, so you need to be extremely careful. If everything is done too quickly or too slowly, the client may die. Their diseases involve a complex theory of rhythms and may include gemilol, syncopation and alternating meter.

You can create levels in Rhythm Doctor yourself. For this, there is a special editor where a large selection of different songs is available for every taste. By setting beat notes, selecting vibrant visuals and colorful backgrounds, the gamer will create a unique musical map that can be shared within the community. Here, without realizing it, users will learn in practice how the beat works in music. A local multiplayer mode is available here to play through the campaign with a friend. At the end of each level, the gamer receives a rank, which depends on the correctness of the trainee's actions.
