RICO: London – a shooter with a dynamic environment, flying doors, torture and shooting at bandits terrorizing the city and civilians. The player begins the passage on the street from the first floor of a huge skyscraper filled with a group of criminals. A co-op mode for two participants is available, but the difficulty level increases noticeably. The task is to get to the very top of the skyscraper, while fighting with numerous members of the gang from the East End.

The event takes place in 1999 on the eve of a big holiday. Most residents are preparing for the celebration, but the London police are not up to it. It all starts with Inspector Redfern being in the right place at the right time when he learns of a large illegal firearms trade at the foot of a popular building. The user takes control of Redfern, who, without support, finds himself in a shootout with bandits and is not going to stop or call for reinforcements.

The main character single-handedly breaks through hundreds of enemies, picking up weapons from killed enemies. Initially, the gamer gets access to a 9mm pistol, but gradually gains access to more powerful equipment. As the user ascends the floors, he earns upgrades and additional items that allow him to resist strong opponents and stay alive. Multiplayer is available over a local network and includes up to 2 participants. The gameplay is arcade-y but epic, with time dilation, blood spatter, and a large arsenal to choose from.
