Rising World organizes extreme conditions for gamers to survive. The player is left alone with nature with an ax and a pickaxe in his hands; for further survival he needs to get food, build housing, and take care of his own safety. The game world is completely open for exploration: you can go in all four directions, and even underground. The worlds in the game are varied and randomly generated. It could be taiga, dense forest, snow-covered valley, and so on. Each world has its own flora and fauna. You can play by yourself or invite a friend and survive together.

Rising World has a huge amount of room for creativity. The player can, if desired, build an entire city or fortress. There are 200 building materials available in the game, as well as more than 200 different items: furniture, auxiliary items, weapons, tools, and so on. You can get food by hunting or go fishing by making a fishing rod. You will have to extract resources like game or wood on the surface, but building materials or materials for making tools will have to be mined underground. The game features a complex and intricate system of underground tunnels in which it is easy to get lost. To extract resources of increased value and do it faster, you need to modify your working tools. The player can craft basic things himself; to make complex structures, he will have to make a furnace or workbench.
