Risk of Rain 2: Survivors of the Void is a large-scale addition in which the Gates of the Void will be opened. You can try to eliminate the consequences of such a disaster alone, or gather a team of friends and have fun destroying monsters in a personal lobby. The developers have added many ferocious creatures and updated the arsenal.

The corruption that broke out of the sealed gates plunged the entire planet into darkness. For many thousands of years, the creatures under the seal accumulated strength in themselves and developed in order to finally break free and instantly seize territory for themselves. But the Survivors cannot let this happen, so they take hold of their weapons and go into a dizzying battle.

Risk of Rain 2: Survivors of the Void character types:

• Classic – those that are present in the main application, they have not received any changes and use all the weapons that are most suitable for them
• Railgunner – allows you to make targeted shots at huge distances to protect the character, perfectly hits a single target at a weak point, is not designed for massive damage
• Demon of the Void – was able to subjugate damage, which did not kill him, but became a new part of the body, the more he absorbs it, the stronger his blows become and his physical characteristics rise

The player will have to learn to control new heroes with unique mechanics and rebuild their playstyle as desired. But if the gamer doesn’t want to learn, but just wants to chop up monsters as quickly as possible, then you can choose an already familiar protagonist and go on an adventure. Story chapters have also been added which are optional but will appeal to fans.
