Road Rush invites the player to get behind the controls of high-speed motorcycles and ride along the roads of the United States, fighting with rivals or studying the power of new vehicles. The event takes place in 2000-2005, and the models are presented in the form of real-life motorcycles. As you progress through the campaign, more types of transport open up with their own characteristics and capabilities.

Participants in such competitions also fight with law enforcement agencies, since their races are illegal. During the race, the gamer will have to dodge attacks and police cars, which are trying to stop illegal drivers who violate most of the traffic rules. During the session, the user will need to avoid oncoming cars and obstacles in the form of static objects.

For completing missions, you are awarded in-game currency, which is required to purchase new motorcycles and change their appearance. The intuitive controls have no other actions such as acceleration, braking and turning. The gameplay includes more than 10 maps with their own design, dangerous turns, traffic and the number of police cars. There are often pedestrians on the road, and they can be hit. However, if you fly into them at high speed, the user will lose the speed and time gained earlier.
