Roly Poly tells the story of the complex life of a small beetle that spends almost its entire existence rolling up balls of garbage or dung. It's hard to say why they do this without delving into biological research. The player will have a great opportunity to learn all the secrets of small creatures.

The Roli Poly species is distributed almost all over the world and for them it makes no difference whether they roll balls in the desert or in the steppes. The protagonist lives in an ordinary pine forest and decides to explore the world around him. He is confident that his family does important work, because they help nature and do various types of cleaning. But he will soon be amazed at how huge everything is and that the Earth is not limited to a small piece of forested area. Many dangers await him ahead, because birds and other predators never mind feasting on easy prey.

In Roly Poly, the player will have a big adventure for a little bug. Along the way, he can collect a variety of useful items, gems and communicate with other members of the species, trying to learn important information from them. In addition, he will have to fight with opponents or run away from them, trying to hide in the roots of trees. Solving puzzles will also be a major part of the gameplay, and even a simple front door can become a challenge.
