IN Rover Builder the player can create unusual three-dimensional cars by installing engines, wheels, frames and other elements with his own hands, combining them with each other. At the start of the gameplay, there is a training mission showing how to correctly connect mechanisms, which mechanics are responsible for what, and how best to make vehicles. In the campaign, successive levels gradually increase in difficulty and offer more challenging challenges.

Construction themed gameplay provides puzzles involving remote control machines. Proper use of available resources and control of vehicles will help you unlock new planets and explore more interesting locations. As you progress, access to new parts and levels opens up. A 3D building mode is presented, where there are 10 different parts and materials.

Any designs can be saved in the Rover Gallery for future use. The gameplay includes a career mode with 2 planets and 16 missions, where you have to create cars for various environments and obstacles. In the sandbox, the gamer does not receive any tasks and is able to freely use open parts to create original cars. You can also choose any of the presented cards and test your own ability to collect cars.
