Rune Factory 3 Special combines elements of the RPG and life simulator genres. It is a remastered version of the original part. You will play as Mika, a half-man, half-wolf who has lost his memory and can turn into a sheep creature. You will need to explore a fantasy world full of monsters and mysteries, while at the same time building a new life in a peaceful town.

You are able to use different weapons and skills to fight your enemies in real time. You can recruit allies from the city or the monster world to join you on adventures. On your own farm you need to grow crops, raise animals and collect resources. You need to use magic seeds to grow special plants that have various effects and benefits.

It is possible to communicate with 11 different girls, and each has its own character and story. You will need to meet them, propose to them and even marry them. After the wedding, you can open the newlyweds mode, and it allows you to experience more events and scenarios with your wife. You will need to choose one of three difficulty levels: Normal, Hard and Hellish. The higher the skill, the more difficult the enemies and dungeons.
