They are distinguished not only by their dense coat, which protects them from the cold, but also by their special ferocity and severity.

The main character belongs to the ancient Viking people. These people have always been distinguished by their strong character, tough fist and customs, because life on the extreme points of the continent, where a minimum of food and a warm period will make anyone harsh. However, they are also helped to survive by the divine power and blessings that they receive in exchange for carrying out dangerous tasks or generous offerings. The protagonist is one of those men who go hunting monsters or take on the most difficult responsibilities. He regularly participates in powerful battles, descends into gloomy dungeons, where travelers are usually greeted only by death, and explores abandoned caves.

Rune: Halls of Valhalla is filled with a huge number of dangerous adventures that you can go through alone or with a trusted friend. Defeating the enemy is not as easy as it seems at first glance, and mindless swings of heavy weapons will not be enough. You always need to carefully study the enemy and his habits, and only then build a strategy and rush into battle.
