The main character is the President of the United States, who has become a hostage in the trap of an alien civilization. Extraterrestrial invaders have invaded the human planet, declaring war.

Re-Elected offers improved graphics and effects. Character models have become more detailed, and animations have been adjusted and made smooth. In addition, the user is able to call on partners for help, controlled by artificial intelligence. As in the original, the user finds himself in the fictional city of Steelport, where a battle with alien invaders takes place. The “Enter the Dominatrix” mod includes 5 new missions, presented as an escape from the simulation in the main campaign.

In “How the Saints Save Christmas” the developer added 3 tasks. The story begins with Santa being captured in a virtual environment. The Saints boss refuses to help him. Because of this, the central character sets out to travel through fictional locations and get to Santa. The gameplay includes many characters from previous installments. The user will encounter members of the Saints and former enemies of the protagonist. Johnny Gat, who died in the third part, returns; Shaundi is promoted to director of the White House Secret Service; Kinzie Kensington has become White House press secretary.
