Seven: The Days Long Gone sends the player into a world where the Vethrall Empire rules everything, and the main character Teriel, a thief and silent killer, must shake the established foundations. The plot tells the story of a burglar. He is taken by airship to the prison, which is a huge island. The setting is a mixture of high technology with a complete collapse of all moral principles, concepts of nobility, comfort and honor. In the past, there was a terrible and cruel war, during which many people died, and the remnants of society degenerated and do not want to return to the past, normal life. The post-apocalyptic future and techno-punk are successfully combined, which fascinates and immerses you at the same time.

The main location is a gloomy and depressive archipelago, where people are ready to rip each other's throats out for any reason or without it. The site is divided into 7 sectors, each of which is closed, and you can only gain access there with a special visa or try to find a secret passage and illegally enter the desired place. By opening each sector, a new area of ​​the map is revealed. There are gangs that are constantly trying to divide the territory for the greatest benefit for themselves, and everyone they meet is suspicious and looks dangerous. There are two factions: technomagicians and biomutants.

Improvement in 7: The Days Long Gone is carried out by implanting various chips into the body. There is also a skill tree, by upgrading individual branches of which you can become more agile and dangerous, learn to pick locks or move more silently. At some points it is necessary to engage in open battles using weapons and delivering monotonous blows, without the possibility of combining or using super techniques. The time of day and weather conditions can both complicate and help in stealth passage.
