Shardpunk: Verminfall – a tactical strategy focused on exploring the world and frequent battles with fictional creatures. The player takes control of the squad and leads them to survival. The environment, characters and objects are stylized as pixel steampunk. The action takes place in a destroyed world, where most of the living beings fight among themselves and fight for life.

The plot begins with how a horde of rats broke through the walls of the Imperial Capital and took the territory by storm. Outside the city walls, everything was filled with filth. The user becomes the leader of a group of townspeople who miraculously managed to escape death. The gamer has several tasks. You will need to direct units, participating in battles with the enemy race, as well as save allies and take them into your ranks. Resources are an important part of the passage, allowing you to improve weapons, heal or defend yourself.

When you kill enemies, they drop loot, such as weapons, ammo, or consumables. The user will visit 3 areas that increase the difficulty of passing. The danger level is growing, and the amount of resources is rapidly falling. Characters use firearms and futuristic weapons, and if there is a lack of ammunition, they use daggers or traps. There's a ton of useful stuff hidden in the bunker, and explosive cores are a valuable find. This item can instantly kill a squad of 5 opponents, or repair weapons and heal wounds.
