Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened Connects two fictional universes that should not have crossed. On the one hand, this is a detective story about the detective from the novels of Arthur Conan Doyle. On the other hand, myths and legends of Ktulhu Howard Lavkraft. This combination looks unusual, but in the course of the plot it becomes very logical.

Everything begins prosaic. Sherlock misses endlessly and complains that his ingenious mind fades in the walls of stuffy London. The situation is saved by Dr. Watson, who reported the dilemma of his patient. Captain Stanvik disappeared by the maiuri servant. Starting the investigation, friends find out that this is not the only disappearance in the city. Recently, several people have been declared missing. At first glance, these events are not interconnected, but you can’t spend an experienced detective. In pursuit of answers to all questions, the heroes have to spice England, visit Switzerland and get acquainted with the New Orleans. The mysterious sect, implicated in all these crimes, has already managed to get to the shores of Scotland and carries out its ominous rituals there to please the devil.

Unlike the previous parts, locations in Sherlock Holmes: awakened will become three -dimensional. The environment will be voluminous, which improves the picture and sensations of the player. The quest view comes from the first person. The gamer has to study the area and collect evidence. The game has an inventory in which all found objects are placed. At the end of the level, they will all be used, freeing up for new finds. There is also a folder for documents where important papers and a map of the places visited are stored so that you can track the route of detectives.
