Story Shinjisougeki Carnival takes the player to the tiny Japanese island of Rokushiki Jim. Every year a special festival is held here – Rokushiki Sai. On this significant day, the participants borrow divine powers from nature and fight among themselves. There are 6 clans living on the island, each with their own secrets, fighting skills and take turns leading the festival ceremony.

The protagonist of Shinjisougeki Carnival will be the young Lady Nanaki, the new leader of the Miko and Rokushiki family. She has to organize a competition, but she is disappointed that she herself will not be able to take part in it due to local traditions and special status. Shortly before her promotion in the clan hierarchy, the girl was sure that she would easily win the tournament, since her strength surpassed even the skills of her parents. The contestants are sent into a cage with a magical barrier placed around it, after which they begin a great battle.

In addition to the main clans, there are 4 small ones that exist to replace those who die in the tournament. Also, with the help of the Sakura Festival, they are able to challenge the heads of families and subjugate them. It is this confrontation that we will talk about. The colorful graphics are made in a bright style, elements of Japanese culture are visible everywhere, reflected in nature, buildings, locations and characters.
