SICKO ISLAND – an explosive mix of horror, survival and shooter. According to the plot, the main character's boat runs aground and begins to sink. The protagonist turns out to be a seasoned special forces soldier, and he realizes that he has ended up on a strange island. There are no human settlements to be seen here, but strange creatures live. Not only do the monsters look scary – they are also extremely aggressive. Over time, it becomes known that in the center of these lands there is a base headed by a mad general. He conducts secret experiments on his people. His goal is to create a serum to turn his warriors into supersoldiers. But so far, most attempts have been unsuccessful, and the monsters are released to roam the jungle and caves.

The gameplay of Seaco Island combines shooting and survival. At night, you have to hide in a shelter that can be attacked by monsters. To strengthen it, you need to extract resources and also engage in crafting. In addition, from parts of living creatures you can create better equipment and weapons. All this must be used to get through to the madman and stop his evil plans. Most locations are permeated by an atmosphere of horror, and poisonous spiders and other scary things hide in dark corners. They can be annihilated with a flamethrower or bursts from a machine gun, and you can also chop the creatures with an ax in close combat. All for the sake of the final meeting with the boss, which will become the most difficult test. But with proper preparation, defeating him will only be a matter of time!
