Sinister Turmoil: Sewers Returns users to the usual atmosphere inherent in this series of horror. Here, moving along the sewage, the gamer must be hidden from evil animatronics. The project will once again meet with familiar villains like a rabbit Bonnie, chicken chicks and bear Freddy. There is no combat system here, so everything that the character can do is not to catch the eyes of evil creatures.

Before the start of the main part of the gameplay in Sinister Turmoil: Sewers, the system will provide a short management guide, indicating which keys are responsible for specific actions. For example, some items can be held in your hands, and then – throw it. This will not cause significant damage to creatures (if the user thinks in this way to deal with them), but the sound from a blow to the ground will divert attention. During this time, you can have time to change the location. At the same time, as soon as animatronics appears in the frame, musical accompaniment changes from measured to anxious, hinting that it is necessary to wash off from here as soon as possible. To stop the chase, you need to find a secluded place and wait until the monster passes by. Even if the creature managed to capture the protagonist, he can escape, performing the action indicated by the system (for example, quickly drive the mouse from side to side). In addition, now you can play not only for the person who is trying to escape, but also for the antagonists themselves. In multiplayer mode, users can arrange a hunt for each other, changing roles from round to round.
