Street skating invites you to take control of an unnamed character and go skating through a variety of city locations, where numerous objects are used to perform tricks or as obstacles. Intuitive controls will help you keep your balance on the board and perform hundreds of tricks.

Each action is performed in a random manner, depending on what the user wants to do. Gradually the tricks improve and the character's skills improve. The cityscape changes as the gamer explores it. Morning smoothly turns into evening at an accelerated pace, and the environment changes dramatically, especially the lighting and colors of the streets.
