The narrative begins about fears and experiences, as well as the places where he visited. The player is transferred to the subconscious of the nameless character, which is filled with mysterious personalities and mysterious incidents, which one way or another said on the state of the hero.

Indie-adaptation invites the user to move according to surrealistic locations and interact with the environment, solving puzzles and moving through the plot. The gameplay lasts up to an hour of time. The gamer will visit 11+ diverse places with their own characteristics, secret places, logical tasks, interactive objects and secrets affecting the subconscious of the protagonist.

Many points in SNUSE 221 are made in the style of horror. The user has to move around dark and frightening rooms. A terrible atmosphere is created due to flickering bulbs, a gloomy environment, unusual sounds and steps coming from afar. As the player moves, the player will learn more about the moments in the life of the character and his fears, appearing in the form of locations, sounds or figures in the dark. There is no text in the project, and history is transmitted through a monologue or hint of the world. The user will need to reach the end of the locations to switch to the next levels.
