Spec Ops: The Line sends you into a world in which there is military action. A colonel will find himself at the center of events, who must take control of a detachment called “Delta”. The main character is John Conrad, who must give orders to the current participants. All guys have their own characteristics. It will be Martin Walker, Lugo and Adams. All action takes place in Dubai. The area looks like a real desert. There are corpses everywhere. You will need to go out and explore the area. It is necessary to find survivors, helping them get out of the combat zone. Reconnaissance is required. The atmosphere is saturated with destroyed areas and the cries of crippled people who fell under the distribution.

There are changing weather conditions, which complicates the task. Sandstorms make it difficult to reach people. It is necessary to find places for ambushes, otherwise the gamer will not survive. The player will need to choose certain answers. All levels are divided into chapters. In addition to the single-player campaign, there is multiplayer, which is divided into a number of modes. Difficulty level: “Normal” and “Special”. In the latter, the storm is much worse to bear; there is not enough stamina.

The protagonist has a variety of weapons in his arsenal:

• Pistols – M9, Desert Eagle, Magnum, G18, P220, FNP-45.
• Shotguns – M1014, AA-12, B1300, Mossberg and 590M.
• Assault cannons are quite fast-firing. AK-47, AKS-74U, M4A1, TAR-21, FAMAS, OTS-14M and SCAR-N.
• Submachine guns – YUMP 45, Micro 9mm, P90, Vector SMG and MP7.
• Sniper rifles – Scout Tactical, MSG 90M, M110 and M99.
• Machine guns – light and large-caliber.
• Grenade launchers – RPG-7 and mortar.
• Explosives – C4, flash and live grenades, mines.
