Star Heritage: The Black Cobra – a quest dedicated to the struggle between humans and aliens. The game takes place in an alternative universe, where the Earth was invaded by the Artangs – disgusting toad-like aliens who enslaved humanity. But not all earthlings agreed to tolerate such a situation – the alien troops are actively bothered by detachments of partisans and rebels. The protagonist is just one of them, and under the guise of a peaceful merchant he supplied detachments on various planets with weapons.

The plot of Star Legacy 1: Black Cobra begins with the protagonist's ship crashing on an unknown planet. All of the character's equipment is destroyed, and now he has to rely only on himself and his wits. However, even in such a situation there are positive aspects. In an unknown world, the protagonist finds data that can lead the Artang empire to collapse. But whether he can convey it to his comrades depends on the player.

Unlike standard quests, in this project the commands are not entered manually by the user, but are selected from a ready-made list. This simplifies the gameplay for novice gamers who are not accustomed to the mechanics of old video games. The developers also implemented a change in the time of day, affecting the gameplay and 2 different endings. They depend on whether the main character will be able to deliver the fatal information to the right people.
