STAR WARS Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II – one of the many projects created using the legendary Star Wars universe. This project belongs to the genre of role-playing action with a first-person view. The storyline picks up exactly where the first part of the Dark Forces franchise left off, and one year after the end of the classic film trilogy. The main character is Kyle Katarn, the player independently decides his fate, which influences further events of the single-player campaign. Multiplayer also includes battles between two teams on 9 special maps prepared for online.

The story unfolds over 21 levels, each using real 3D environments and characters animated to the latest standards of the time. Some characters have already been met in the series, for example, Greedo or Busk. Throughout the campaign, the gamer will meet 7 Sith along the way (Yan, Gork, Pieck, Bok, Sariss, Mau and a leader named Jerec), each of whom skillfully handles a lightsaber and has their own unique ways of using the Force. Depending on the decisions made, new upgrade branches are opened to the user. While spreading evil and destruction, Kyle will be able to learn the abilities of the dark side of the Force, such as lightning, grabbing and throwing. By following the Jedi rules and focusing your faith, you gain access to healing, persuasion, absorption, and blindness.
