Together with Suika A.S+ the player goes to a small picturesque village called Tokiwa. The novella does not have a single storyline and instead presents four short stories and a prologue. In the latter, Hiroshi returns to his native village, where he annually meets with his relatives and friends. The first chapter tells the story of the interaction between a man, Akiro, and a girl, Itsuki. In the second episode, Suji's boyfriend gets a chance to form a romantic relationship with Sayaka and Mie. In the third, Masaka tries to have sexual relations with Anake and Touko. In the final chapter, the narrative again revolves around Hiroshi, who constantly communicates with a nameless beauty.

The player can develop each such mini-story as he pleases. You can interact with characters through dialogues. Most of the entire gameplay of Suika A.S+ will involve reading text messages against the backdrop of colorful anime pictures. The rest of the time, the user is asked to select one of the answer options to continue the conversation. Most of these actions do not affect events as a whole, but periodically there are so-called decision points that have long-term consequences.

There are a total of five storylines available – one from each girl. Each of the heroines is unique in its own way, and success in communicating with her depends on the gamer’s understanding of the characteristics of her character. The right approach will allow you to easily place the NPC with the main character, and he, in turn, can count on a close relationship. The reward for a competent approach to communication will be a beautiful erotic scene.
