The main characters are strange cubic creatures that suddenly came to life. But they have such a hard time keeping their balance that most often they just fall and destroy everything around them with their heavy bodies. To have some fun, it was decided to establish a unique competition between them, where they will have to knock their competitor to the floor and at the same time get up first and stand for a certain amount of time. Periodically, they do not need to do anything at all, just control their own body, to simply amaze their enemy with endurance and the ability to stand up straight. Trying to knock your opponent to the floor, you can create problems for yourself first of all, because you need not only to fall, but also to get up.

Sumotori Dreams Classic can be played locally with a friend or with the AI. You can even place 4 characters on the field at once and watch them tumble around in a funny way, unable to get up. Sometimes, even after the match is over, they continue to wreak havoc, destroying surrounding objects and structures with their ridiculous attempts to get up.
