Event SurrounDead takes place in a post-apocalyptic world destroyed due to a global catastrophe. The walking dead move through the destroyed cities, attacking any living creatures that have not undergone this mutation. Humanity has been fighting the virus for about five years, but has not achieved significant success. Because of this, most of the population died and megacities were destroyed.

People survive in a bleak environment with an uncertain future. They try to fight their opponents, but their numbers are always hundreds of times greater. A small part of civilization remains, trying to survive amid a shortage of resources and millions of zombies. The player will control a character surviving in a dangerous world. He will fight zombies and bosses, confront mutated creatures and find safe places.

The arsenal consists of a variety of melee and ranged weapons. The main character uses pistols, shotguns, automatic rifles, sharp weapons or blunt objects picked up from the floor. In shelters, you can trade with minor characters or take quests from them in safe zones. By bargaining, you can get improved equipment or earn currency by selling extra items or old equipment. The day and night cycle changes the activity and strength of opponents.
