Swan Song takes you to a small mountain village, where on the eve of Christmas a monstrous earthquake occurs, as a result of which many residents die. The main character Tsasuka miraculously remains unharmed. While trying to get out, he finds a woman on her deathbed, begging her to take away her autistic child. Together with the boy, the characters find a small group of survivors who are hiding in a local temple. Soon they will learn about other companies that are fighting among themselves over few resources, committing murders and other atrocities.

The novella introduces interesting characters:

• Tanomura is a master of meditation, excellent with a sword and capable of good deeds;
• Kuwagata is a previously insecure student who, after a disaster, becomes a cruel tyrant, eventually betraying Tanomura;
• Kawase is a girl who is rude in her expressions, but at the same time kind to others;
• Sasaki is a pure-hearted beauty who has been in love with Tsasuku since childhood;
• Yasaka is an autistic girl who expresses herself through the images on the calendar.

As the story progresses, Swan Song forces him to interact with his small group to work together to try to survive this nightmare. You need to build friendly and even romantic relationships with your companions. You will have to quarrel with others, but the gameplay does not involve any battles. Absolutely all dilemmas and conflicts are resolved through dialogues. In them, the GG not only recognizes the characters, but also makes fateful decisions that can set the tone for the entire narrative.
