Tank Mechanic Simulator allows the player to become a real specialist in tank repair. The goal of this simulator is to find and restore tanks from the Second World War. The gamer goes to former battle sites in search of abandoned cars. To deliver junk to a warehouse, you first need to dig it out with a shovel and other equipment, and then load it onto a truck. A special feature of the project is the ability to carry out excavations and repair work from the first person, which allows gamers to try on the role of a mechanic to the fullest.

At the warehouse, the car first has to be restored: cleaned of rust and debris, and gotten rid of faulty parts. Then the player must restore functionality: install a new engine, gearbox, replace the hull, gun, tracks, brakes, and so on. Mechanisms can be restored not only from the outside, but also from the inside, by choosing a comfortable cabin interior for the crew. There are a total of 15 combat vehicles in the game: 12 tanks, 2 armored vehicles and 1 self-propelled gun. Soviet, German and American equipment is available.

To restore combat vehicles, the player has more than 200 parts at his disposal. Already completed machines can be tested. The character can get into the cockpit and go to the shooting range, where he can shoot at targets or just ride around. The view can be changed at any time. You can also explore the area in search of rarities at different points: in the desert, in the forest or in the snowy north. The collected arsenal can be turned into a museum.
