The protagonists are part of a special organization called Azuma, which educates and then uses its students as the best secret assassins in the province of Gohda. Their patron is a very important person named Goda, who is highly revered in the city and bears the title of lord, each member of the group dreams of getting his praise.

If the player Heavenly Punishment: Invisible Assassins will cope well with the assignments, then the boss may notice him and even give some useful items. In case the mission is with misses and mistakes, then the gamer will receive censures and will definitely not be able to become a good ninja.
