Th3 Plan is a hybrid of action and stealth. There is a first and third person view. The project stands out from other representatives of the genre in that here the player controls a group of characters at once. And the screen is divided into several parts so that you can observe the situation from the side of different team members with unique abilities. One squad member owns a sniper rifle, another knows how to pick locks, a third can chat up opponents, and so on. In addition to firearms, the game features grenades and hand-to-hand combat. However, the main emphasis in the gameplay is on stealth. You can use various gadgets: alarm detector, electronic master keys, controlled robot, night vision goggles and other devices. The use of some of these items is done in the form of mini-games.

You can give orders to your wards. In a video game, you have to steal keys, install bugs, eliminate guards, and so on. In the official Russian localization, the project has a longer name – Th3 Plan: The Perfect Heist. The plot tells about professional robbers. Stephen Foster, Valerie “Kat”, Alan Siegel and Robert Tyler decide to earn extra money. The mafia asks them to steal Rembrandt's works, and offers them a valuable diamond as a reward. When things didn't go according to plan, Steve abandoned his accomplices and fled. Since the order was not fully completed, the mafiosi refused to pay. 5 years later, the criminals decided to take revenge on the traitor. The campaign is divided into 13 missions. Events take place in 3 different locations.
