To the player in The Bard's Tale ARPG: Remastered and Resnarkled will have to take control of the Bard, a selfish swindler. For many years he was engaged in completing quests and traveling in dungeons, which he had long since become tired of. This project includes three parts of The Bard's Tale franchise with some innovations. The main character's magical song helps him summon characters to join him in battles and missions.

The RPG adventure features a vast and open world to explore. The user can navigate through wild forests, castles, towers, mysterious underground labyrinths, caves, tombs and cities. Each location has specific enemies and treasures to find. The gameplay features dozens of side quests and locations where the central character will acquire rare equipment, receive a reward, or meet a powerful boss.

Boss monsters have strong abilities and weaknesses that will help you gain an advantage over them in battles. There are over 150 items such as weapons, armor, tools, artifacts and additional things in the form of amulets and rings. As you progress, the user will meet stronger boss enemies and get to know the original secondary characters, enter into dialogues with them and complete their tasks for rewards.
