The main character is able to fight and confront opponents. Enemies are otherworldly creatures or bloody inhabitants of abandoned locations. Along the way, the user will find many weapons or consumables to take part in battles.

Each opponent in The Drained Goddess has original abilities, stats, and weaknesses. Different types of weapons are more effective against certain types of opponents. Their behavior and abilities are specialized, and the environment helps them move faster and always catch the main character. As the character explores the environment, he will find unique equipment, melee and throwing weapons, spells and secondary items.

Many side missions will affect the ending of the story and the events that occur during the passage. The gamer will not only have to fight enemies and explore locations, but also solve puzzles, look for resources and gain experience by watching opponents. It is not necessary to encounter opponents; you can secretly pass them without making a sound or waiting until they leave the desired location.
