Event The Fate of Irnia takes place in a fictional fantasy world, where a life story with elements of sexual content is told. The gameplay combines elements of adventure, puzzle and visual novel. The lion's share of the passage is focused on progressing through the plot. The rest is bed scenes and watching erotic photographs. At many points, the player is able to make choices, influencing the development of the action and receiving different endings.

The main character survived the death of his father, and his only relatives were his mother and sister. Dad died a heroic death while fighting powerful monsters. Now the boy has become the only protector of his family. Before his death, his father left a letter for his son, but it can only be opened upon reaching adulthood. The central character has very little time left to wait before he can open the messages of his deceased relative.

Each character that appears in the gameplay is subject to flirting and has certain erotic scenes with the protagonist. The user can choose different dialogue lines when communicating with friends or relatives. The decisions affect the development of the story and offer one of several endings. The obscene scenes are not censored and are worked out to the smallest detail. Each female character offers original scenes and images.
