Survival horror The Last Cargo takes the player on a hellish adventure. The main character found himself in an original situation. He was faced with outside beliefs that limited his life opportunities, forcing him to move without a wheelchair. He finds himself in a mysterious place with paranormal phenomena, where he will try to achieve his own independence by going through hell.

The action, taking place in an unusual place with specific features, will not allow the central character to relax. Every step he takes will be aimed at staying alive and not losing his own mind. To survive, he needs to perform the hardest actions to obtain minimal resources. While exploring the environment, the protagonist acquires ammunition, food, weapons and other items.

The choices made by the gamer will affect the further journey. There are 6 different endings, on which the lives of minor characters and the success of the main character depend. There are 3 difficulty levels available and an additional hardcore mode with permanent death. The ward has 18 perks to upgrade, and each has three stages of development. The main task of the user is to restore the autonomy and subjectivity of the creation of the same name. The variables and mechanics of the consequences are influenced by many environmental factors and the type of passage.
