The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki IV -THE END OF SAGA- puts an end to a 15-year-long story. The plot tells the story of the eve of the civil war, in which representatives of the old and new Class VII find themselves. Dialogues with NPCs, which have now become a source of useful information, and not just funny stories, help to understand the general mood and premises. During the course of the game, the player will meet many playable characters. A significant part of them are already familiar to fans of the series.

The interaction of characters in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV – The End of Saga not only affects the immediate development of the main character, but often closes many topics left open in previous parts. With its help, you can bring Rin's relationship with any of the girls in the party to a romantic level. Also, sometimes interesting dialogues and unexpected turns in the backstory of characters that seemed completely known to the player are revealed. This diversifies the gameplay and helps to get answers to some questions remaining from the first project in the series.

The interface and combat system have changed minimally after Part 3. For example, to complete Brave Order you will now need 7 points instead of 5. Also back are the “Lost Arts” – very powerful spells that consume tons of mana. Chests with challenges will add nostalgia to Part 2. A variety of mini-games, including fishing, poker, and CCGs, help diversify the gameplay. The graphic design has been noticeably improved, the musical accompaniment organically combines with the visuals and complements the overall atmosphere.
