The Revolt: Awakening – the fight against the tyrant who has seized power. The main character is a revolutionary whose goal is to stage a coup and return freedom from the totalitarian regime to the population. The two-dimensional game has a wide arsenal of weapons – from rifles to tanks. The weapon can be improved. The characters in the shooter are black silhouettes, all enemies are also equipped with fire cannons. Gradually, the hero explores the city: finds useful items, discovers new locations.

Platformer battles take place on the dark streets of the city. The gameplay is supplemented with dialogues with the tyrant’s soldiers; one of the antagonists is Sergeant Krogh. The revolutionary has inventory. There you can find large green and small red first aid kits. It is possible to hold 2 types of weapons in your hands at the same time. For example, a sniper rifle and a pistol for close combat.

The Revolt Awakening begins with the protagonist arriving at a port on a ship called Billy. He meets with other regime opponents at the base – Alix and Rebel. In the garage there is a store where you can buy new weapons, explosive devices and ammunition. The character goes on the first mission, for this you need to leave the port and head to the first residential building. He finds himself in an abandoned apartment, after which he meets his first enemy. The hero will have to jump a lot, because the whole city is filled with wooden boxes, cardboard boxes and barrels. They also serve as shelter.
