In a new place, he will have to find his own brother, who finds himself in the depths of a mysterious territory. Once inside your dark corners of the mind, you have to overcome obstacles and face memories that directly affect the future fate of the plot.

The perspective is presented from the side, and the world is designed in a pseudo-3D style. Much of the playthrough focuses on platforming elements, asking you to overcome deadly obstacles and interact with the environment to unlock passages. The villain of this story is Doctor Mengel, who forced the protagonist to go into the dream world of his own mind in order to get to his hidden brother.

The relative is the only key for the doctor to complete the terrifying experiment. His brother's knowledge will allow him to do this, and the central character needs to get to him.
