The Upturned – an atmospheric horror with elements of a puzzle and a survival simulator, the action of which takes place in a very strange hotel. It is called “The Upside Down Hotel” and is unique in that only monsters live here – no one stays here for long, as they become food. The protagonist, finding himself in a difficult situation, decides to enter an old building in the middle of the road and now greatly regrets his actions. It turns out that real evil lives here.

As part of the passage of The Upturned, the gamer must confront about 10 different monsters, each of which has a unique behavior mechanics and developed artificial intelligence. For example, one of the enemies is capable of attacking only openly, without trying to hide its presence, since it has excellent damage. Others act as quietly as possible and are able to pursue their prey for a long time in order to finally strike when the latter least expects an attack.

None of the monsters can be killed so easily – it will take a lot of effort and it is best to simply detain it and then hide. For these purposes, the gamer can use a variety of traps. In addition to racing with enemies, you will also have to face puzzles, the solution of which will allow you to open new locations with good bonuses. Horror is frightening throughout the entire narrative – you should especially be afraid of screamers.
