Timerunner is a game about a parallel world, where everything the same happens as in the human world, but after sunset all possible fantasies come to life, creating dangers for all inhabitants of the blue planet. Huge phoenixes, dragons, monsters and much more appear from nowhere. In addition, the place where they return in the light of day also remains unknown.

The main character is a traveler to various planets who decided to visit people. Among other civilizations, they are considered quite hostile and not very developed, so it is a relatively rare opportunity to see them during a period of calm. In addition, there are artifacts there that he is very interested in and would like to have them in his collection. But as it turned out, everything was worse than he imagined. When the alien descended to the surface, he was immediately attacked by many military personnel who hastened to eliminate the threat. But they did not yet know that the guest can control time, albeit for a short period, but this allows him to easily avoid enemy bullets.

In Timerunner, the user will need to freeze what is happening around them. But this takes a lot of effort, so he will only have a short certain period of time during which he must avoid death, set traps or complete some part of the puzzle. It seems that such a skill will greatly simplify the passage, but in fact, some levels will make you nervous.
