Tom vs The Armies of Hell is a dynamic action game in which a sad office employee will become a real savior of the world. However, this does not reduce the boredom and monotony in his life and he does not see the charm and entertainment even in destroying hordes of monsters. His former peaceful life has been destroyed, and now he is in a sad stage of acceptance and has grown cold towards everything.

Tom worked in an office as a software engineer. This is absolutely not what he wanted to do with the help of his education, but his fate thought otherwise and now he just sits at the computer for several hours a day and completes the assigned tasks. But as a result of some unsuccessful scientific experiment that takes place on the territory of their complex, the entire glass building falls into the portal and ends up in real Hell. As a result of trauma and mutation from the influence of the surrounding sister, the protagonist turns into a half-demonic creature and receives an experimental weapon to destroy dark souls.

In Tom vs The Armies of Hell, the hero becomes a reluctant hero. All he is interested in is how he can now get home and return to his most familiar routine. He will be accompanied all the way by Beezle, a purple imp who protected the guy in the early stages so that he would not be eaten like the rest of the employees. In fact, he will push around and command the player and will not allow deviation from his original plan.
