Tomb Raider V: Chronicles – a direct continuation of the part “The Last Revelation”, when the mysterious disappearance of Lara Croft happened. It all started with a farewell ceremony, when several friends of the main character gathered together and remembered her best adventures and life moments, shared the best situations and communicated with each other. In these journeys, the player will have to become a participant, moving between different time periods and events.

The Tomb Raider 5: Chronicles campaign consists of four episodes, each of which tells about a certain stage in the life of Miss Croft. In total, there are 13 levels, taking the user to Rome, inside a Russian military base, to Ireland or the headquarters of Werner Von Croy's corporation. Compared to the previous part, the gameplay has not received significant changes, only a few shortcomings and graphics have been corrected.

New moves for the central character have been added. The gamer can use close combat, stealth maneuvers, or overcome obstacles faster by reaching checkpoints. Tactical elements allow the main character to sneak behind opponents, stun them, or neutralize them with chloroform. Items scattered around the area can help eliminate an enemy or solve a puzzle to move on.
