Dual Consciousness: Phantom Hunter is an investigation game where the main characters are the only detectives capable of catching the killer and taking on a terrifying challenge that will involve them facing paranormal forces. Witnesses and other law enforcement agencies have determined that the perpetrator completely deprives his victims of blood, unusually removing every last drop of it from the body.

The main characters in Twin Mind: Ghost Hunter have to find out who is committing such crimes, and whether he is even human. Eleanor and Randall are twin brothers who agreed to take responsibility for solving the case. The last murder was committed in a cinema. The dead man lay with his body drained of blood. The killer was nicknamed Dracula, and witnesses helped gather more information about the criminal.

The gameplay is presented as a journey with point-and-click controls. The user will have to explore the surrounding locations, solve puzzles, pick up objects and look for clues. Along the way you come across many mini-games and additional logic tasks that provide more valuable information. There is additional game material, such as wallpaper, music and concept art, which are saved to the desktop.
