UnderRail is an isometric turn-based role-playing game set in a somewhat distant future. Due to the impact of humanity on the integrity of the biosystem, or rather its complete destruction as a result of various global wars and pollution of the ecosystem, the surface of the planet is no longer practically suitable for life and all the inhabitants of the once prosperous planet moved to underground corners. The remnants of humanity have found a new home in the form of underground metro stations, where each station now acts as an independent state with its own foundations and orders. However, human nature has remained the same and despite the fact that people have already destroyed one house with their stupidity, they continue to destroy the last strongholds of the survivors, waging constant wars and confrontations between various city-states of the underground kingdom of the future. There is no talk of any high technology anymore, because even the organization of all the remaining survivors leaves much to be desired, and many of these settlers do not expect anything good for the entire human race.

In the role of the main character and a supporter of one of the factions in these endless dungeons, you will need to try to survive and participate in exciting events that will affect the balance of power of each of the stations. The player’s decisions will directly influence subsequent events, because depending on the decisions made, the main character will have the opportunity to both bring peace and ignite the flames of war even stronger and practically eradicate the warring parties, leaving only the strongest alive to control their own faction. UnderRail will include many turn-based battles with various inhabitants of the underground paths, including other survivors and mutants, as well as other mysterious creatures. Due to the detailed elaboration of the world and dialogues, everyone will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a post-apocalyptic reality, where only survival and adaptation to the harsh living conditions in inhospitable dark corners will be present.
