IN Vikings in the role of the leader of the Scandinavian warriors, the player will capture new northern territories of Europe. To develop a settlement, you need to build buildings, extract resources, and produce weapons. The conquered lands will be constantly attacked by enemies, so the territory must be fenced off with fortifications. In order to minimize the losses of fighters during battles, everyone should be provided with reliable equipment and powerful weapons. The Vikings would gain most of their wealth through plunder, raids and conquests. Sea nomads will initially live in improvised tents. Buildings can be improved. The fighters' housing will be transformed from tents into two-story full-fledged residential buildings. First, the action takes place in snowy areas on the shores of seas and fjords. Then the Vikings will gradually advance south. In the end they will live in the sun, surrounded by palm trees.

In Vikings there are 6 types of resources (wood, iron, meat, money, etc.). There is a panel with a choice of actions and a date. The story begins in 403. Each character can be made to stand, walk, or attack. The settlement must be provided with 3 types of housing: for warriors, priests and doctors. Besides food, Vikings need drink. Their needs for regular hygiene and entertainment must be met. To improve skills, each camp should have a training area.
