Voice of Cards: The Forsaken Maiden – an indirect continuation of the franchise, the gameplay of which is presented in the form of a tabletop card competition. The action takes place on an archipelago of islands that were previously under the protection of the maidens. For many generations, they protected these territories and succeeded in this matter. Recently, everything has changed, because of which the maidens are in danger of death. The main character is drawn into this event, he must help the islanders avoid the impending disaster.

It all starts with introducing the player to the rules of the matches. As you progress, you will gain access to new cards and abilities that will help you overcome obstacles and defeat your opponents. To achieve your goals, you can choose from dozens of different tactics and strategies, customize your deck, and combine actions to enhance their effect. Multiplayer competitions are supported with the freedom to customize the rules.

In the story mode, the gamer will need to follow a linear plot, facing gradually stronger opponents. The gameplay also contains RPG elements, offering constant pumping, improvements and finding new items. The bonuses and modifications found will allow you to fight opponents more effectively or better use the available resources to achieve victory.
